Currently developing an internal inventory system that will convert a work order into a purchase order, track the production of products from the initial reception of goods and inventory accounting, document the art development approval process, track and account the work order as the product arrives at the production floor, and ultimately record the inventory count of the work order as it is boxed and shipped. A web login will be provided to a company representatives in order to monitor the progress of their purchase order and any alert potential delays in production. The ultimate goal of this application is to reduce product spoilage, provide accurate and high quality merchandise,and retain the confidence in all of Gavina-Graphic's clients that their orders will be managed and tracked as accurately as possible without any hinderances or delays in the production and delivery process.

Developed and Architect for e-commerce site for Eastern Illinois University sports and faculty apparel. Created custom cart that is designed to display multiple variations of garment types and size runs for individual products. Created an administrative system that tracks all credit card transactions, manages inventory updates, customer service correspondence/questions for orders/product questions and logs all administrative activity with user names and time stamps. Built system that views products and corresponding variants with AJAX making it easy for the customer to browse all the possible color/size combinations and place them in the cart as quickly as possible. Set up photo studio and equipment and developed a image naming convention as well as a standardized system for editing the various image sizes. Photographed and edited product images currently on site. I recently added ability for customers to personalize their garment with their name and jersey number. Eiuclothing.com is built into the company primary managing web application that is responsible for managing the orders from various domains. The correspondence and invoice headers are consistent with the site the customer make their purchase. The staff at the screen-printing and embroidery shop are able to process an order without having to contend with customized shipping and domain specific headers.

Built an online tool for Viper Tradeshow Services that offers their clients the ability to order and configure their exhibits for various cross country trade shows and services. Zero bugs have been reported since going live in late January 2010. Viper Tradeshow Services is a major service provider for internal corporate events, company launches, and corporate showcases throughout the U.S. and Canada. The application has a web interface to help plan and manage the logistics of trade shows across the country for all of their clients. The system has incorporated business rules to allow for special labor rates, custom rates for products/variants for each individual show location, and customized tax rates for different cities, states, and municipalities. Recently built system enabling the administrator to upload show kits and documents, and the ability to link of the document to a show, saving the document information to a the database, and allowing the customer to download the show kit once they have registered for the event. System requires code to create account and tracks all user clicks. A flexible invoicing system has been created that allows Viper administrators to add subsequent surcharges and/or credits to existing orders which interacts with the credit card processor and simultaneously sends out an updated invoice to the client.

Completed importing sales and product data from a third party service into proprietary system. Created scripts to matched previously unmatched RPRO data with web data into the new system. Built and maintain web application that manages orders for multiple domains via one portal. Gavina-Graphics has been contracted by various companies/clients to products germents. Web application system also contains unique login for each company/client so they view orders, customer correspondence and products for their specific domain. Currently building system to handle internal inventory management to aid in reducing spoilage, predict contract completion dates, identify inefficiencies, and provide an interface clients are able to login to in order to track their contract orders.
